At our first meeting, we talk over coffee and learn about your story and what’s meaningful to you. We plan an engagement session around locations that might have significance to your story and allow you to feel free to be yourselves. As the wedding date approaches, we scout the locations to discover creative spots for photography at and around your venue even if we have prior experience with the venue. And, if possible, we attend the rehearsal to take note of where people will be coming and going during the ceremony.

Preparation lowers stress, gives us options on your wedding day (rain and shine options), and frees us up to be as creative as possible.
